22歲的小資女孩波平久瑠美（波瑠 飾），被一流的連鎖飯店錄取，還和男友當同事，洋溢著幸福的她，對未來、對工作都充滿期待。沒想到，突然被公司分配到集團在鄉下經營的遊樂園「 GREENLAND」服務，她心不甘情不願前往報到，就突然發生「炸彈怪客」的突襲？！還被安排最低階的撿垃圾、當查詢員等工作，一連串的瞎事讓她又氣又不甘心，於是她下定決心要用最快的速度成為MVP職員，就能夠被調職擺脫這一切。可是，上司小塚（西島秀俊 飾）總是忽略她的企劃案，也不採納她的意見，接連的失敗讓她屢屢受挫，正當沮喪之際，她發現了這個充滿歡笑的魔法樂園背後的秘密…。
