剧情介绍
被分配到实验小学当老师的韩苗苗（李羚 饰）向陈校长（江颜辉 饰）报到，校长让她先到三（2）班听课。该班原来的老师方玉（朱玉蓉 饰）被淘气的学生气跑，听课的苗苗被迫登上讲台，但孩子们的恶作剧并未收敛，她极力克制内心情绪，耐心地对孩子们说：从今天起我是你们的老师，不过我还想成为你们的朋友。她的言传身教很快使班风得到良好转变，但许培培（关强 饰）的父母帮孩子做家庭作业；包司令（张钟英 饰）的孙子包瑞（马忱 饰）有很强的政治优越感，不好好学习。几经劝诫无果，一度使苗苗产生调离念头。但三（2）班孩子们真诚的挽留，最终打动了苗苗...... 本片获得文化部1980年优秀影片奖。同年获印度第二届国际儿童电影节最佳儿童影片奖。 1981年获第一届中国电影金鸡奖特别奖。
