父母分居已久的小明（张瑞宇 饰）缺乏家庭关爱，生日也没有忙碌父母的陪伴。 小明生日前一天收到妈妈的汇款，大方的请小伙伴吃饭玩乐，并邀请大家去家中别墅开派对。小伙伴们对小明的家庭羡慕不已，小明得意之下便向同学们吹牛，家里如何富庶，父母多么疼爱自己甚至用自己生日设置家中保险箱的密码……说者无心听者有意，被一旁的货运司机刘背（乔杉 饰）与理发店小老板庄钱（许君聪 饰）无意听到， 两个走投无路的人起了邪念。夜色降临，刘背成功潜入小明家的别墅，谁知小明家热闹非常，小明邀请了一堆小伙伴在家里举办派对。更意外的是刘背竟然撞见同样动机的庄钱，见一面分一半，两人最终达成协议一起行动。于是乎别墅里两个笨贼和小鬼们展开了一场较量……
